Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and successive delivery of medicinal products used in chemotherapy for the hospital pharmacy broken down into the following parts:
Package 1 - Methotrexatum
Package 2 - Bleomycini Sulfas
Package 3 - Darbepoetinum alfa
The contractor may offer the products allowed for trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland - in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 6 September 2001 Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 686)
Methotrexatum
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the assortment and price forms constituting attachments No. 1 to SWZ.
The contracting authority requires, In order for the offered medicinal products to be in the reimbursement catalog, i.e. they were in the current announcement of the Minister of Health - in part C "drugs used under chemotherapy in the whole range of indications and purpose and in the indication of a specific clinical condition"
Blomicini Sulfas
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the assortment and price forms constituting attachments No. 1 to SWZ.
The contracting authority requires the offered medicinal products to be in the catalog of reimbursed drugs, i.e. in the currently applicable minister's announcement Health - in part C "Drugs used under chemotherapy in the entire range of indications and destinations and in the indication of a specific clinical condition"
