Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medicinal products described in detail in Annex 2A to SWZ.
The total number of parts in these proceedings: 19. All provisions in SWZ regarding the offer refer Also for partial offer. If the SWZ is not included in the provision of which a specific article, paragraph, paragraph, condition, form, document, etc. - means that it applies to all parts.
3. The Employer specified in the description of the subject of the contract the qualitative requirements relating to at least the main elements that make up the subject of the contract - therefore, it uses the possibilities indicated in art. 246 para. 2 POP.
4. The contracting authority requires that the products offered be:
a) medicinal products allowed to market in the Republic of Poland in accordance with the Act of 6 September 2001 Pharmaceutical law,
b) listed in the applicable MZ announcement on the list of reimbursed drugs, foods of special nutritional uses and medical devices in part C (drugs used as part of chemotherapy)-applies to part 17-18.
c) listed in the applicable MZ announcement on the list of reimbursed drugs, foods of special nutritional uses and medical devices in part B (medicines and foods available as part of the drug program)-applies to part 1-16
