Description:
1 The order includes successive delivery according to orders placed by the staff of the hospital pharmacy in accordance with the assortment indicated in Annex No.3a. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements set out in the provisions of the Pharmaceutical Law and must have permission to marketing - as a medicinal product in accordance with applicable law - issued by the authorized authority - to show on demand under requestimplementation of the contract or be registered as a food measure of special medical purpose by the authorized authority - a document confirming the registration to be presented on request during the contract. The offered subject of the contract must have approvals and certificates in accordance withThe applicable Act on medical devices, the Act on the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products and the Pharmaceutical Law Act.
2. The subject of the order includes 28 non -thorough parts - tasks. The contracting authority allows you to submit partial offers,With the proviso that the offer in each of them should be full (cover all items listed within a given part). Task No. 24 - as part of the drug program.
