Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the supply of medicines, infusion fluids, foodstuffs for special medical purposes and medical devices. The order includes successive deliveries according to orders placed by the manager of the Hospital Pharmacy in accordance with the assortment indicated in the attachment.No. 2 (assortment and price form). The offered subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the provisions of the Pharmaceutical Law and must have a marketing authorization as a medicinal product in accordance with applicable law issued by an authorized body.(to be presented on request during the execution of the contract) or be registered as a food for special medical purposes by an authorized body (a document confirming registration to be presented on request during the execution of the contract). The offered subject of the order has certificatesand certificates in accordance with the applicable Act on the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products and the Pharmaceutical Law Act.
