Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of medicines, medical devices and contrast to the hospital pharmacy of the University Children's Clinical Hospital L. Zamenhof in Bialystok, ul. J. Washington 17, hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
