• 1. The subject of the order is the supply of medicines - supplement I, and albumins and immunoglobulins outside the drug program (+ items unresolved in the previous drug tender), divided into 48 tasks, in accordance with the "Assortment and price form" - appendix no. 1 to SWZ: - drugs tasks 1-30 - immunoglobulins outside the drug program task 31 - vaccines tasks 32-36 - other tasks 37-48. 2. Detailed description, required form, dose, quantity per package; quantity and the quantity to be purchased under the option right given is included in the "Assortment and Price Form", constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. Detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in the provisions of the Contract Template - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ "Contract Template". 4. Series and expiration date on the packaging unit and on the invoice. 5. The Contractor will deliver the subject of the order to the HOSPITAL PHARMACY Warehouse. 6. Delivery date - according to current needs, each time within a maximum of 2 business days from the date of placing the order. 7.
