Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new medium and heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicles (a total of 3 cars - 1 medium and 2 heavy) on the terms described in the terms of reference (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ"). Cars marked as fire brigade cars equipped with priority signaling and equipped with equipment specified in the tender documentation and which the contractor must install in the vehicle.
The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts of the order.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in:
1) Annex No. 1A to the SWZ for part 1 of the procedure (internal procedure identifier WL.2370.37.1.2025).
2) Annex No. 1B to the SWZ for part 2 of the procedure (internal procedure identifier WL.2370.37.2.2025).
3) Annex No. 1C to the SWZ for part 3 of the procedure (internal procedure identifier WL.2370.37.3.2025).
4. The terms of delivery and execution of the order are specified in the contract template - Annex No. 2 to the contract agreement.
