Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a new average rescue and fire-fighting car with 4x4 category 2 drive (Utereni) for the TSO in Andryjanki. The chassis, buildings, equipment and devices are to be brand new and unused. The year of production of the chassis and buildings not older than 2023. Vehicle must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of products to ensure public safety or health and life protection, as well as the rules for issuing these products for use (Journal of Laws 2007 No. 143, item 1002, as amended d.)
The subject of the contract also includes the training of TSO Andryjanka drivers and technical consultancy provision as part of the vehicle use. The contractor is to provide a free authorized chassis service as part of the offer and a free authorized building service fire. The response time to the reported car failure may not be longer than - 72 hours from the notification (excluding public holidays).
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to this SWZ and the planned provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex 10 to Swz.
