Description:
1) The subject of the order is the delivery of an average rescue and fire-fighting car with the function of supplying water for living purposes.
The contracting authority requires that the vehicle and buildings be: factory new, technically efficient, not having physical (construction, material and executive) or a disadvantage legal and meeting the requirements specified in the applicable law, in particular in the scope of admission of the vehicle to road traffic, in accordance with the requirements specified in OPZ and the designed contractual provisions, the year of production of the chassis 2025, engine, chassis and cabin of the same manufacturer.
2) The Contractor should include:
- vehicle preparation in accordance with the requirements and described in OPZ and the provisions and standards indicated in OPZ,
- obtaining all required certificates of approval, certificates, and transfer to the Employer,
- handing over to the Ordering Party documents indicated in the OPZ - including instructions,
- conducting training in the basic service of the car in question when transferring,
- The car transferred by the contractor to the contracting authority will have a full fuel tank and completed other operating fluids, including AdBlue.
3) Contractor He is obliged to carefully check the description of the subject of the contract due to the fact that the delivery contract is a flat -rate contract.
4) All offered materials must be free from physical and legal defects, free from third party rights and cannot be subject to any proceedings ...
