Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a medium-sized rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive system for the Volunteer Fire Department in Pacztowice. Together with the car, the Contractor will provide appropriate documentation necessary to use the car in accordance with its intended purpose. The car constituting the subject of the order must meet technical conditions provided for by the legal provisions in force in Poland for fire trucks moving on public roads and the conditions provided for by the provisions of Community law in the European Union for this type of cars. The car must meet all the requirements listed in the description the subject of the order. The ordering party will invalidate the proceedings if external funds are not granted. The ordering party will submit an application for co-financing the subject of the order from external funds under the contract for co-financing of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program 2025-2026, Area Logistics and ensuring continuity of supplies / Section 2, Task Replenishment and reconstruction of civil protection resources at the local level and development of response capabilities of civil protection entities.2) A detailed description of the subject of the order is: Appendix No. 4 Opi...
