The order of the order is the delivery of an average special, rescue and fire-fighting vehicle4x4 drive (also consisting of buildings), along with the equipment, specified and described by the order documents, hereinafter referred to as "the vehicle".Requirements specified in the documents of the contract, in particular OPZ and PPU (the contractor does not have to be a manufacturer or the official distributor of the [dealer] of the vehicle),
2) delivery of a vehicle that meets all the requirements specified in the contract documents, in particular OPZ and PPU,
3)ownership of the vehicle at the time of signing the delivery and acceptance report without comments, but no later than by the day set in Β§2 para. 1 PPU,
4) the implementation of warranty and service obligations,
5) the implementation of other obligations specified in the documents of the contract.
