The subject of the order is the supply of goods vouchers (gift coupons) with the following denominations: 1) PLN 100.00 in the amount of 359 pcs., 2) PLN 50.00 in the quantity of 504 pcs., 2. Merchandise vouchers made in the form of paper must contain: 1) security features to prevent counterfeiting; 2) denominationindividual;, 3) expiration date, 3. Vouchers must be valid for exchange for goods and services at designated points in the Masovian Voivodeship, 4. The subject of the order will be delivered at the expense of the Contractor to the registered office of the Ordering Party, i.e. 05-825 Chrzanw Duy ul. Ekologiczna 1., 5. The value of the vouchers is:i 61.100,00 z netto.
