- 1. Subject of the contract.
1.1 As part of the implementation of this Order, the Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver to the Employer for remuneration (delivery) Metallurgy materials - steel pipes allowed to marketing on the intra -Community market (CE).
1.2. Detailed type, parameters and quantitiesIndividual elements of the subject of the contract are included in Annex 1 to the specification, which is available at: https://kopalniawiciczka.ezamawycy.pl
2. Delivery conditions.
2.1 Metallurgy materials - steel pipes will be delivered by the Contractor on the orders of the Ordering Party, successively, in parties,During the duration of the contract in a maximum of 30 parts.
2.2 The amount and type of metallurgy materials - steel pipes that will be delivered in one party depends on the needs of the contracting authority and will be specified in a written order.
2.3 Orders for delivery of metallurgical materials - steel pipes will be foldedand transferred by the Contractors by e -mail.
2.4 The Contractor undertakes to provide metallurgical materials - steel pipes listed in Annex 1 to the specification within 7 days from the date of transfer of the contractor's order.
2.5 On the preparation of the commissioned delivery of metallurgical materials - pipesSteel, the Contractor will be obliged to notify the Ordering Party by phone or e -mail, no later than 1 day before the required delivery date.
2.6 Place of delivery - Mine Mine Wieliczka S.A., 32 - 020 Wieliczka, Kinga Park 1.
