Description:
1) The subject of the order is the supply of Microsoft subscription packages or equivalent software packages for organizational units of the National Labor Inspectorate, in accordance with the "Description of the subject of the order", which constitutes Annex No. 2 to swz. a) The basic order includes: Delivery of Microsoft subscription packages for organizational units of the National Labor Inspectorate in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the order" (Annex No. 2 to the Agreement) and under the conditions specified in "Contract template" (attachment no. 12a to the SWZ), i.e. M365 E5 Security Sub Per User, EMS E5 SU EMS E3 Per User, Defender Endpoint P2 Sub Per User, Azure prepayment, CIS Suite Datacenter Core ALng LSA 16L or the supply of equivalent software packages for units organizational arrangements of the National Labor Inspectorate in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the contract" and under the conditions specified in the "Contract template" (Annex No. 12b to the SWZ); b)The option includes the delivery of Defender Endpoint Server Sub subscription packages or equivalent software packages in accordance with the "Description of the subject of the order" (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ) and under the conditions specified in the "Contract template" (Annex No. 12a to the SWZ or Annex No. 12b).
