Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of mineral fertilizers to maintain the turning surface of military airports in accordance with the order documents.
2. The subject of the contract was divided into 9 tasks (parts).
3. Description of the subject of the contract is included in the order documents - i.e. SWZ, Annex 2to SWZ - price form. as well as the planned provisions of the contract - Annex 3 to SWZ.
4. Information on the type and number of individual assortment within each task was specified in SWZ and Annex 2 to SWZ constituting the documents of the order.
5. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibilityexercising the right of options in the scope of these proceedings.
Task No. 1 - Delivery of mineral fertilizers - granulated superphosphate 19%
1. The subject of the order is the supply of mineral fertilizers - granulated superphosphate 19% in the quantities specified in the order documents.
2. Detailed descriptionThe subject of the contract was specified in SWZ and in Annex 3 to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract.
3. Information on the type and the number of assortment obtained as part of the order was specified in Annex 2 to SWZ - price form.
4. The terms of the order processing were specified in the plannedcontract provisions (hereinafter PPU) constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
