Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of mineral fertilizers for maintaining turf surfaces of military airports, in the quantities and range specified in the order documents.
2. The order is divided into 10 tasks. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of tasks.
3. Description of the order item, the requirements it must meet and the conditions for its implementation are specified in the order documents.
4. The contractor will provide a guarantee for the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.
5. Transport, loading and unloading take placewill be at the expense and responsibility of the Contractor.
6. The method of packing the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.
7. 3 The Regional Logistics Base in Krakow, as the Ordering Party, is not an entrepreneur or a taxpayer of agricultural tax or income tax fromspecial departments of agricultural production. Air bases and military units that are recipients of fertilizers are also not subject to agricultural tax or income tax from special sectors of agricultural production.
8. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of exercising the option right in these proceedings.
9. The Ordering Party does not require a deposit or security for proper performance of the contract.
10. In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party requests the submission of the evidence specified in the order documents.
