The subject of the order is the supply of fertilizers minerals for maintaining turf surfaces of military airports, in the quantities and range specified in the order documents. 2. The Ordering Party allows deliveries from third countries that are not parties to international agreements (within the scope of tasks no 1 - 11). 3. The scope of the contract was divided into 11 tasks. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of tasks. 4. The description of the subject of the order, the requirements it must meet and the conditions for its implementation are specified in the order documents. 5. Hereby procedure, the Ordering Party does not provide for any option rights. 6. In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party requests the submission of the evidence described in the order documents. 7. Ordering Party in accordance with art. 107 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the supplementation of the evidence in question if the contractor fails to submit it with the offer or the evidence submitted with the offer...
