Description:
1 Orderingers do not allow the ability to compose the partial offers. 3. The offered fertilizers must meet the requirements of the Act of 10 July 2007 on fertilizers and Nawoeń (Journal of Laws 2024 item 105, as amended) and Executive provisions issued on its basis, in the signs in terms of the conditions and mode of placing on the market of RODKW supporting rolin crops and requires quality. 4. Fertilizers should come from this production and has a minimum of 12 months of useful useful to use from the date of delivery. 5. The packaging of the supplied fertilizers must have labels with product parameters, the date of use for use. 6. A detailed description of the subject of the plant determining the size, scope, type and amount of supply is in the beginning No. 2 to SWZ (form assortment and price).
