Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of mini PC and portable computers for the Polish Academy of Sciences divided into two parts. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is:
1) Annex 1a to SWZ - part 1 - mini PC computers;
2) Annex 1B to SWZ - Part 2 - ComputersPortable.
2. The subject of the order:
1) Under part 1-mini PC computers:
1.1) is the delivery of 80 mini PC computers in the scope of the basic order, with a 60-month warranty, operating system and technical support of the manufacturer;
1.2) The Ordering Party reserves the right to useFrom the right of options and purchase of up to 20 pieces of mini PC computers as part of an order with an option on conditions in accordance with the basic order, with a 60-month warranty, operating system and technical support of the manufacturer.
2) Under Part 2-Portable computers:
2.1) is the delivery of 90 pieces of computersportable in the scope of the basic order, with a 60-month warranty, operating system and technical support of the manufacturer;
2.2) The Purchaser reserves the right to exercise the right of options and purchase of up to 10 pieces of portable computers as part of the order with an option under conditions in accordance withA basic order, with a 60-month warranty, operating system and technical support of the manufacturer.
3. The order of the contract should be factory new (i.e. produced not earlier than 12 months before the date of delivery), unused, free from physical and legal defects, non-exposed, not exposed,Fair ...
