Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a mini -troop with rotor and with the cooling function, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the inter -university Faculty of Biotechnology at the University of Gdańsk and the Medical University of Gdańsk.
2. Code of classification of the common order dictionary (CPV): 42931100-2 (Wirowki laboratory and accessories).
3. The order includes:
1) delivery, assembly, installation and startup of the equipment,
2) Training at least 5 employees of the Employer in the field of equipment service, no later than within the time limit referred to in Chapter IV SWZ.
4. The concise description of the subject of the contract has been specified in Annex 6 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.

6. The applicant informs that the purchase will be financed from the national project OPUS-26 Science Center "Examination of the impact of Salmonella bacteria on the Ubwikwitin-proteach system", contract number UMO-2023/51/B/NZ1/01205.
7. Among the equipment requires a guarantee for equipment for a period of 24 months. Details of the warranty are included in § 7 of the draft contract - Annex 5 to SWZ.
