- 1. The subject of the proceedings is the award of a public contract for the supply of 2 minibuses for the transport of min. 7 people with a driver for the State Fire Service in Olsztyn for the organizational units of the State Fire Service in the province. Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annexes to SWZ, i.e. in Annex No. 1a and 1b entitled "Description of the subject of the order", containing the minimum technical and operational requirements for the subject of the order and Annex No. 2 entitled "Contract template", specifying detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract. The subject of the order was divided into 2 parts - a separate part for each vehicle (separate OPZ for each part - Annex No. 1a and 1b).
2. The subject of the order must be brand new, unused, technically efficient, safe, compliant with applicable norms and quality standards, complete and ready for use, and must also meet minimum technical, functional and quality requirements specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ. Year of production: no earlier than 2025.
3. When calculating the price for the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to take into account all costs related to the execution of the order in accordance with the SWZ, including its attachments containing a description of the subject of the order, until the Ordering Party accepts the subject of the order without any reservations.
