Description:
1) The subject of the skew is the supply of mobile acoustic cabins (10 pcs) specified in the beginning No. 2 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the equipment. The equipment offered must be factory new and not notified, it comes from this production (not older than 2024), has relevant certificates, standing standards allowing them to selland use in RP.2) The scope of the skew includes: purchase of equipment together with its delivery, transport, flare and bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, as well as the installation and assembly of the equipment, as well as training min. 2 OSB in the field of equipment. The contractor is obliged to providenon -bearing warranty service; A detailed description of the subject of the skew is taken into account No. 2 to SWZ; 3) The Ordering Party does not allow the ability to comply with the partial offers. 4) The Ordering Party does not provide for the abolition of the ceiling of variant offers. 5) The Ordering Party does not providethe provision of art. 214 para. 1 point 8 in joke. 304 of the Public Procurement Law Act 6) the deadline for completion: up to 8 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract.
