- 1. The subject of this order is the delivery of two units transported on a trailer.2. Each unit should be brand new, undamaged and free from physical and legal defects, year of production at least 2023 and manufactured in the European Union. 3. Detailed (minimum) parameters and requirements for each device are specified in the Description of the Subject of the order - Annex 6.14. The 48 kW cable generator set on the trailer must have an EC declaration of conformity (a declaration by the manufacturer or his authorized representative stating under his sole responsibility that the product complies with the essential requirements) in accordance with Art. 5 section 10 of the Act of August 30, 2002 on the conformity assessment system (Journal of Laws 2023, item 215), along with the details of these requirements and equipment specified therein. The EC declaration of conformity must be attached to offers.
