Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a factory new, mobile device for producing nitrogen in a gas state with training of people in the scope of their operation called "products" in the range and quantities specified in the price form constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
2. Remove the subject of the contract should be produced in accordance with the current technical documentation of the manufacturer and meet the technical requirements set out in Annex 2 to the planned provisions of the contract.
3. The contractor under the value of the contract, will conduct theoretical and practical training10 persons appointed by the management of the Air and I and Icevanciation in the field of operation and current and periodic services. The training will be carried out based on the training program developed by the Contractor, agreed by him with the Head of the Air Technology Inspectorate for the Support of the Armed Forces(STL IWSP SZ), ul. Dwernickiego 1, 85-915 Bydgoszcz no later than one week before the device is transferred to the recipient. The condition for adopting the product is to conduct a training completed by the issue of individual certificates entitling to use the product.
4. The contractor will guaranteefor the subject of the contract in a dimension not less than 24 months from the date of signing the acceptance report by representatives of the contractor and recipient's representatives.
