- The subject of the order regarding part I must meet the requirements and be compliant with: a) Polish Standards transposing European harmonized standards, occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations, b) CE (Conformit European) declaration of conformity, c) REGULATION (EU) 2016/1628 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 14 September 2016 r. w on requirements relating to emission limits for gaseous and particulate pollutants and type-approval for internal combustion engines intended for non-road mobile machinery, amending Regulations (EU) No 1024/2012 and (EU) No 167/2013, and amending and repealing Directive 97/68/EC (so-called STAGE 5), d) safety regulations required for this type of machines, e) warranty of min. 24 months.1.
