- 2. The Ordering Party does not divide this order into parts. The reasons for not dividing the order are provided later in the ToR. 3. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and assembly of a mobile power generating unit, which is to be located on plot no. 90/3, precinct 04, Opole Lubelskie. 4. In scope The order also includes the provision of free operational service and service in the event of failure for a period of 36 months, including the possible replacement of operational components if necessary.5. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 6 to SWZ.6. Contractor, obliged is to conduct training in the scope of ongoing service of employees selected by the Ordering Party. The training should take place at the Ordering Party's premises, during the handover and commissioning of the equipment, and should cover the scope enabling proper operation of the equipment. The protocol will be a confirmation of the training accepting delivery. 7. The Contractor is obliged to provide authorized warranty service free of charge during the warranty period (removal of failures) for the delivered equipment, which will be carried out at the Ordering Party's headquarters (Opole).
