- 1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of the factory new mobile phones for scientific employees and the academic computer network-the National Research Institute, hereinafter referred to as "NASK-PIB" or "Ordering Party" along with the guarantee by the contractor.
2. The subject of the orderThere is:
1) Successive delivery by the Contractor of the factory new mobile phones, hereinafter referred to as: "equipment" or "device" or "phone" for the ordering party with the minimum requirements specified in Chapter IV of Annex 1 to SWZ-SOPZ, hereinafter referred to as "SOPZ", according to the following 2 (words: two)Groups:
a) Group I - mobile phones - 25 pieces (including: 10 pieces of type 1 +15 pieces of type 2),
b) group II - mobile phones - 410 pieces (including: 260 pieces of 3 +150 pieces of type 4)
2) Providing warranty for the equipment by the contractor referred to in point 1) for at least 24 months, calculatedFrom the date of signing the unit order acceptance report without reservations for a given unit order. Extending the equipment guarantee period is a criterion for assessing the offers referred to in Chapter XV para. 3 swz.
3. Delicular description of the subject of the contract (called as SOPZ) is included inAnnex 1 to SWZ. 2 point 1) above, is the assumption of the Ordering Party as to the expected number of equipment ordered throughout the duration of the contract.
