- The subject of the contract is the delivery of 5 (five) types of mobile phones (type A, B, C, D and E) for the PKP purchasing group and delivery to all locations indicated by the Ordering Party. Departing on behalf of the Ordering Party (PKP Cargo Service Społka z o.o., PKP Informatyka Społka z o.o., WARS S.A. and PKP S.A.) conducts PKP Informatyka on the basis of proxies granted. The delivery is two -stage: 1st stage - submission of offers with the required documents; II stage - negotiations, in accordance with the principles described in SWZ. -setting technical specification of devices and requirements for submitting The offers can be found in the WNP-002054_ Document by mobile phones for the PKP_SW purchasing group and the draft contract, in the "Annex" tab. The removal does not allow for partial and/or variant and/or conditional offers.
