Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a brand new mobile set - a power generator with trailers and the necessary equipment, described in Annex No. 1 to SWZ. This order is financed under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program from funds from the state budget.2. The Ordering Party requires the delivery of a brand new mobile set - a power generator with trailers; produced no earlier than 20243. The generator must be installed on a road trailer to ensure it is ready for immediate use in the field. The trailer must meet the conditions allowing registration in Poland.4. The scope of the order includes: 1) delivery at the Contractor's expense and risk of a mobile set - a power generator from trailers to the User's headquarters, i.e. the Security Management Department of the District Office in Stargard, at Bogusawa Street IV21 (in including, if necessary, also reporting it to the competent customs authority in order to introduce and use it in the territory of the Republic of Poland), 2) starting and checking the correct operation of the unit in the presence of the Ordering Party's representative, 3) ...
