The subject of the procedure and order is to select a Contractor for the delivery of a modular platform 3 for spectroscopic measurements at the nanoscale, using AFM-IR technology, enabling research using infrared spectroscopy at nano level, as part of the project entitled "Establishment of the Biomedical Application Spectroscopy Laboratory (LBSA) implemented as part of the National Reconstruction and Immunity Plan, Component D. Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system, Investment D3.1.1 Comprehensive development of research in the field of medical and health sciences, financed by the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 (European Regional Development Fund). Number of the agreement to cover the Project with support: FEMP.01.04-IZ.00-0269/24-00-XXI/57/FE/25. 2. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the procedure in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance the contract were not provided to it. granted. 3.
