Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the supply of monitors in accordance with the following specifications. NOTE: The trademarks, patents and place of origin indicated in this SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ are justified by the specificity of the subject of the contract - they refer to the description software operating within the Ordering Party's existing ICT infrastructure and its expansion. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, terms of order execution, payment, etc. is specified in the Item Description Order/Technical Offer Form (hereinafter: "OPZ/FOT"), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter: "PPU"), constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
