Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of monthly tickets for children and youth from the Trzebnica commune, to the school transport organized by the contractor in the 2025/2026 school year. 2. The amount of monthly tickets whose delivery is the subject of the contract is 775/month, i.e. 7750 W the entire order period. The Employer informs that this size was developed on the basis of forecasts, and it is only used to compare offers, and the actual number of tickets will change many times during the contract, which the Contractor, when submitting the offer in these proceedings agrees. Changing the number of tickets cannot be the basis for any claims on the part of the contractor. In addition, a change in the number of tickets will not constitute significant changes to the contract. The contracting authority indicates the minimum size of the scope of the order as a 70% of the estimated number of tickets.
