Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of a multi-function plate reader, hereinafter referred to as "equipment",
for the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology of the University of Gdańsk and the Medical University of Gdańsk.
2. The order includes delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment at the place indicated by the Ordering Party and training 6 of the Ordering Party's employees in the operation of the equipment.
3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 38550000 (counters), 30216100-7 (optical readers).
4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - description of the subject orders.
5. Place of equipment delivery: Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology of the University of Gdańsk and the Medical University of Gdańsk, ul. Abrahama 58, 80-307 Gdańsk, room 206.
6. The Ordering Party requires a warranty for the equipment for a minimum period of 24 months. Details regarding the warranty are included in § 7 of the draft agreement - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
