Description: 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a ship including its design, construction and equipment in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the ToR - technical description, and Annex No. 11 - Contract template. The subject of the contract is also training the Employer's personnel in the operation of the ship and its equipment.
2. The ship is to be designed for unrestricted navigation and have a structure and equipment enabling it to perform special functions in relation to:
1) seeking and saving life at sea;
2) intervention measures carried out to save life at sea, protect the population and the environment, and maritime safety;
3) combating threats and pollution of the marine environment;
4) other activities, consisting in creating the possibility of using the ship as a universal platform for activities or support of activities carried out by other entities ...
