The subject of the order is the supply of multi-functional tools for the KWP in Rzeszow. One-time delivery without signing a contract. All delivery costs are borne by the supplier. Order completion date: up to 14 days from placing the order. Invoice payment date: up to 30 days. OFFER - VALUE GROSS. Please attach a specification of the offered assortment to the submitted offer. Failure to attach documents required in the procedure will result in rejection of the offer. The ordering party reserves the right to cancel the procedure without providing justification. The ordering party requires that the assortment within execution of the order was brand new, free from technical and legal defects, admitted for trading and of I-go quality. We would also like to inform you that: - Purchases of the KWP in Rzeszow listed on the purchasing platform are made exclusively through the platform, offers submitted in other ways are not accepted way than through the form on the procedure website. - The full specification of the order and any attachments are visible on the procedure website, and by submitting an offer, the supplier/contractor agrees to these conditions and is aware of legal responsibility for the submitted offer. - The given price of the goods or service must include all the contractor's costs, including the cost of delivery, and the bidding is based on gross prices. - The conducted procedure does not have to end with the selection of a supplier/contractor, but if so, KWP Rzeszow will publish it via the purchasing platform ...
