Description:
1. The procedure was divided into 2 below parts:
part 1 of the procedure: Delivery of multifunctional devices A3 Mono (type 1) - in the amount of 40 pieces,
part 2 of the procedure: Delivery of multi -functional devices A3 Color (type 2) - in the amount of 40 pieces.
Delivery includes new, digital devices, digital devicesMultifunctional meets all the minimum requirements specified in the connector 1.1 to the framework contract (for Part 1) and in Annex 1.2. to the framework agreement (for part 2).
2. The contracting authority provides for the conclusion of a framework agreement with three contractors (in each part of the procedure) whose offers will showThe most favorable of all submitted offers in terms of the criteria for evaluating the offers specified in chapter XIX of the ToR.
3. The contractor may submit an offer in one or two parts of the proceedings. The maximum number of parts in which the contractor can submit an offer: 2. It is required to submit an offer for the wholeassortment specified in individual parts of
