Description:
1. Delivery of a multifunctional multi-well plate reader adapted to read absorbance, fluorescence, bioluminescence - in connection with the implementation of the project entitled "Center for the Development of Therapy of Civilization and Age-related Diseases" (CDT-CARD) under the Intelligent Development Operational Program2014-2020.
2. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Awarding Entity provides for the possibility of annulment of the procedure in question, if the public funds which the Awarding Entity intended to spend on financing the contract were not granted to it.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract specifying ffunctions, technical parameters and conditions required and additionally scored are included in Appendix A to the SWZ.
