- The Ordering Party invites you to submit an offer for the supply of multilayer PE pipes. The description of the subject of the order with the offer form, the draft purchase order and the General Terms and Conditions of the Order for supplies can be found in the Attachments tab. The offer must be submitted via the Company's Purchasing Platform, only from your profile registered on the Purchasing Platform by attaching the Offer Form in the Attachments tab. A person posting any information on the Company's purchasing platform is deemed to be documents, applications, notices and offers are authorized by the Contractor and act on his behalf. All documents requiring signatures of persons representing the Contractor must be submitted: - in electronic form - a scan (with visible signatures of persons representing the Contractor) or - in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature. Do not submit your own offers in the form of attachments. We also ask you not to attach additional documents to your offer that are not required. The documents must be of an appropriate quality, at least 150 dpi (enabling the reading of the content contained in the document).
