Description:
1. Subject of the order: Delivery of multimedia and IT equipment to the school includes the supply of interactive monitors, desktop computers with monitors and multifunctional devices to the educational facility.2. The Lipno Commune declares that the subject of the order will be transferred free of charge to the educational institution - the School and Kindergarten Complex in Wilkowice solely for the purpose of implementing the school's teaching, educational and care tasks, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 83 section 1 point 26 and section 1315 of the Tax Act goods and services.3. The subject of the order must be brand new, unused, unused, unmodified, technically functional, originally packed by the manufacturer, free from legal defects and complete.4. Whenever in this content of the SWZ, in the scope relating to description of the subject of the order, mention is made of a trademark, patent or origin, source or specific process characterizing a specific product, it is assumed that such an indication is accompanied by the word: or equivalent.
