Task No. 1 - Delivery of a movie camera set with accessories.

II. The contracting authority allows balance offers.
a) In the event that in a detailed description of the subject of the contract, specific equipment models (e.g. camera or accessories forcameras), they should be treated as a reference to the minimum level of technical and functional requirements. The given names and models are aimed at determining the standard of quality and functionality expected by the Employer.
B) The contracting authority allows the submission of bids covering equivalent equipment, underThe condition that the offered equipment meets the requirements specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract at a level not lower than the contractor indicated in the description.
c) the contractor who offers equivalent equipment is obliged to indicate in the offer that the offered equipment is equivalent toEmployer requirements.
d) The balance assessment criteria include:
- meeting all minimum technical and functional parameters specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract.
- ensuring at least the same quality, functionality and reliability as in the case of equipmentindicated by name.
e) Examples of equivalence (regardless of the manufacturer and name): the camera and accessories must enable the implementation of the functions described in the detailed description of the subject of the contract, such as minimum image resolution, connector type, compatibility with specific recording standards,m... - Documents:
