Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of multimedia equipment and medical equipment as part of the project entitled ,, Creating and supporting the functioning of the industry skill center (BCU) - National Plan of Reconstruction and Increasing Resistance Component: "Resistance and competitiveness of the economy", goal Detailed A3 component. Improving the education system, lifelong learning mechanisms in the direction of better adaptation to the needs of the modern economy, increase in innovation, increasing the transfer of new technologies and green transformation, reform A.3.1 staff for Nowoczesna economy - improving the matching of skills and qualifications to the requirements of the labor market in a relationship
with the implementation of new technologies in the economy and the green and digital transformation of the A3.1.1 investment "Support for the development of modern vocational education, higher education and learning throughout life".
2. The order of the contract was divided into 2 (in words: two) parts:
1) Part I - Delivery of multimedia equipment
2) Part II - Delivery of medical equipment
3. The delivery object must be brand new, without defects, signs of use and mechanical damage, wholesome, meeting the requirements Technical and quantitative described in Annex 1 for Part I I Annex 2 for Part II to this specification. All delivered goods must meet all requirements enabling their marketing admission in the territory of the Republic of Poland, have the applications required by law, certificates, certificates quality.
