Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of multimedia systems with accessories and software and their activation in three SA135 type traction vehicles and three SA134 type traction vehicles. 2. The subject of the order has been completed divided into two stages, in accordance with the following: 1) Stage I: delivery of multimedia systems with equipment and software, in accordance with the parameters specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (Part III - SWZ OPZ), in particular in point I subpoint 1.1. OPZ and point II point 1.1. OPZ; 2) Stage II: configuration of the delivered multimedia systems, including activation in SA135 and SA134 vehicles and user training, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (Part III - SWZ OPZ). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, requirements and expectations of the Ordering Party are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ - III part of SWZ) and in the Contract Template (WU - II part of SWZ), constituting an integral part of SWZ. 4. Acting pursuant to Art. 139 paragraph 1 Pzp, the Ordering Party informs that it will apply the so-called "reverse procedure", i.e. - it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion, and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 5.
