Description:
The subject of the Order is the development, delivery and commissioning of the Municipal Spatial Information System of the city of Bielsko-Biała (MSIP B-B), which is to take into account the real needs of the city in accessing structured information, functions and spatial services. The main idea is the integrating charactor of the proposed solution, which will ultimately play the role of a central UM information node providing data, functions and services to internal users - UM employees and external users. At the same time, MSIP B-B will ensure the exchange of information with reference databases anddomain systems operating within the City Hall and with services from external data sources.
The solution will support key substantive areas of City Hall operations in the field of urban economy, spatial planning, investment process, environmental protection or record keepingand the protection of monuments. Support will be provided through access to GIS data, functions and services and
