Description:
1. The subject of the order is: a set of measuring devices and software by National Instruments.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, which is also a technical and price form, which must be properly completed. Price positions will enable the Ordering Party spchecking the correctness of the price calculation and correcting obvious accounting errors, if any.
3. The subject of the order must:
a) be brand new, unused, and meet the technical and quality requirements specified in the manufacturer's technical documentation for a given product andcompliant standards, cannot come from exhibitions, product demonstrations, etc.
b) be delivered in factory packaging with protections applied by the manufacturer,
c) be delivered in packaging protecting against quantitative and qualitative changes,
d) be free from defects technical and legalespecially in terms of licenses and rights to update software,
e) be looked after
