Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of natural stone aggregate with continuous grain size 0/31.5 mm, 0/63 mm and 31.5/63 mm - understood as the sale, loading, weighing, transport, unloading and distribution of the aggregate at the expense of the Contractor to the places indicated by the representatives of the Ordering Party in order to current filling of defects (ruts, potholes, etc.) created in the road surface of forest roads and logging trails in the Jzefw Forest District. The cavities vary in width and depth. The Contractor's obligation is to spread the aggregate layer thickness required by the Ordering Party and level it using equipment, in a method enabling passage after the aggregate has been poured in order to maintain technological continuity of wood harvesting.2. The size of the basic order is 2,500 tons, including: - fraction 0/31.5 mm approximately 500 tons, - fraction 31.5/63 mm approximately 1,700 tons - fraction 0/63 mm approximately 300 tons.3. Delivery will be carried out successively based on the Ordering Party's needs.4. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the subject of the order in terms of quantity and value, and in such a case the Contractor will not be entitled to any claim from ...
