Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of natural gas to the facilities of the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Kdzierzyn-Kol in 2026-2027, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order, specified in Annex No. 2 to the specifications of the terms of the order (SWZ).2. The subject of the order is comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E with a heat of combustion of not less than 39.5 [MJ/m3], in three tariff groups, for the Ordering Party's heating needs (own needs).3. The ordering party is not subject to protection under the Act of January 28, 2022 on special solutions for the protection recipients of gas fuels in connection with the situation on the gas market (Journal of Laws of 2022, items 202, 1477, 1692, 1723, 2127, 2687, of 2023, item 2760, as amended).4. The ordering party is exempt from excise duty.5. The price for gas fuel under the contract concluded with the Contractor will be determined based on the monthly average RDBg prices on the Polish Power Exchange, in accordance with section 5 3 of the contract template (see no. 3).6. For the purposes of conducting this procedure and comparing offers, the Contractors will use the indicated rates for the entire order execution period when calculating their offer.
