- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of the navy exercise semi-breads Pattern 914/MON made and completed in accordance with the current "military technical and technological documentation" (hereinafter referred to provisions of the contract "constituting Annex 6 to SWZ in the quantity and assortment: Task No. 1 - 2,000 pairs (basic amount: 1,500 pairs, quantity in options: 500 pairs), task No. 2 - 2,000 pairs (basic amount: 1,500 pairs, quantity in options: 500 pairs).
2. The applicant provides for the possibility of exercising the law option involving the possibility of increasing the basic quantitative scope of the subject of the contract specified as to the range and quantity in Chapter III in the table of paragraph 1 in the column "Basic quantity", a guaranteed contractor - a maximum of the amount indicated in the table of para. 1 column "quantity in option". The number of the subject of the contract included in the option in the table contained in para. 1 of this paragraph, in the "Quantity in options" column, may be implemented after the implementation of the basic quantity included in the "basic quantity" or "quantity in the option" may be implemented simultaneously with the quantities under the order basic.
3.
