Description:
1. The subject of this procedure is the delivery of needles to biopsy together with the lease of the system for the needs of the "Municipal Hospital in Rabka - Zdroj" Sp. z o.o., whose detailed description, as well as the quantitative and assortment range is specified in the assortment and price form, constitutingAnnex 1 to SWZ.
2. The quantities in Annex 1 to SWZ should be treated as estimated needs during the order, to determine the price of the offer, i.e. determining the estimated remuneration of the contractor. The contracting authority reserves the right to give up the purchase of part of the range. PurchaseEach assortment will depend on the real needs of the Employer (current patient condition and medical justification). The demand for individual assortment positions is strictly dependent on the occupancy of individual hospital wards and the type of its patients.
3. Refrigerantreserves the right to change the amount of assortment ordered between the individual items of the subject of the contract in the package.
4. Fed by the Contractor:
• The goods must meet the requirements set by the Employer in the specification of the terms of the contract, including the conditions set out in the formassortment and price - Annex 1 SWZ;
• be new, not used due quality, free from any physical defects, legal defects and claims of third parties, and meet all requirements according to Polish law, in particular specified in the Act on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws 2024 item1620, late ....
