- Description:
- 1) The subject of the order is the supply of network devices specified in Annexes No. 2A-E to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "devices". The devices offered must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production: not earlier than 2024), have appropriate certificatesallowing them for sale and use in the Republic of Poland. The contractor is obliged to provide a free device warranty service.
2) The scope of the order includes: purchase and delivery of devices to the headquarters of the Ordering Party along with unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Employer.
3)Order processing period: up to 11 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The Contractor may shorten the deadline for completing the order in relation to the required period. The offer providing for shortening the deadline will receive points as part of the offer evaluation using the criterion for selecting the best offer
4)Delivery address: University of Silesia in Katowice, Delivery Management Department, ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice;
5) The minimum warranty date required: 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance report.
The Contractor may extend the warranty date in relation to the required period indicated above.The offer providing for the extension of the warranty date will receive points as part of the offer evaluation using the criterion for selecting the most advantageous offer.
6) Required service response time: at the latest within 4 business days of reporting the defect.
