- The subject of the contract is:
a) Sales and delivery by the Contractor to the place of delivery of network switches, optical inserts, cables and additional network elements hereinafter referred to as: devices, listed and described in detail in Annex 1 to SWZ - a detailed description of the subjectOrders (hereinafter referred to as: SOPZ) in the number specified there, with built -in software, meeting the requirements set out in SOPZ, within the time limit and on the terms set out in the contract template, constituting Annex 5 to SWZ;
b) granting a license for built -in software (including firmware) providedtogether with the devices, for an indefinite period or at least for the warranty period indicated in §9 of the contract template;
c) providing devices documentation (hereinafter referred to as: documentation);
d) providing warranty services for the supplied devices, on the principles and to the extent specified in § 9 of the contract template and in SOPZ;
placeDelivery of devices is a NASK magazine located in Warsaw (01-045), at ul. Kolska 12.
